As a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist, JoAnne has over 15 years of experience working in both the public and private sector. She offers diagnostic assessment and treatment services for a variety of issues affecting Children, Teens, Adults, and Families. JoAnne employs an evidence-based practice and empirically supported treatment modalities.

Hanah is a Registered Social Worker and a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Hanah provides individual counselling and psychotherapy services to teens and adults. She has experience working in several mental health settings including a psychiatric and addictions hospital, a youth correctional facility, a family health team, and several private sector agencies.
Hanah has specialized training with uniformed professionals including first responders, military members, and veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder and substance use disorders. She has provided both individual and group therapy through the Guardians Traumatic Stress Injury & Concurrent Disorders Program at Homewood Health Centre.
Hanah also works with teens and adults experiencing mood and anxiety related disorders, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, strained relationships, emotion dysregulation, as well as grief and loss. Hanah employs a variety of therapeutic interventions including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), Relapse Prevention, and attachment-based somatic informed modalities.
